How to Donate Holiday Gift Items:

 · Please return your gift items by Friday, December 19. This will ensure timely distribution of gifts to our kids and cottages. If you are donating Gift Cards, please indicate amount on the card.

· While donations of wrapping paper, gift bags and tape are helpful, we ask that you please do not wrap any gifts.

· We will accept your donations in the In-Kind Donation Center at our Memorial Campus. As you enter the campus, take an immediate left. Follow the drive as it bears to the right. The In-Kind Donation Center is a cream aluminum building with white adjacent garage on the right. Please do not drop off donations at our administration building.

· Donation Hours November 1-23: Tuesdays and Wednesdays: 10am-4pm; Thursdays: 10am-3pm (unless a scheduled drop-off appt. has been made).

· Extended Hours November 24-December 24: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays: 8:30am-6pm; Tuesdays & Thursdays: 8:30am-7pm; Saturdays: 10am-2pm (unless a scheduled drop-off appt. has been made).

Please note: We will be closed November 27 & 28 for Thanksgiving.

In a given year, The Children’s Home will serve 3,000 children, from infancy to age 17, and more than 600 families through Community Based Care, Family Support Centers, Residential Treatment and Foster and Adoptive Services. Some of these children may never have known the warmth of the holidays. You can help provide this essential piece of the childhood experience.

Driving Directions: We are located on “old” Memorial Hwy., which runs parallel to Hillsborough Ave. From Hillsborough Ave., you will need to turn at the light on Longboat Blvd. at the Cove at Bayport (half-way between Westchase and the Publix Shopping Center). There is an alternate route that takes you on Mohr Rd. to old Memorial Hwy. from Sheldon Rd.

· From I-275: take the Airport Exit (#20). Follow fork to the left around Airport, and onto Eisenhower Blvd. Take the left-side exit for Independence Pkwy. following that road until it merges with Memorial Hwy. Merge onto westbound memorial Hwy. and follow until Hillsborough Ave. Turn left on Hillsborough Ave. You will turn right at your second light on Longboat Blvd. (at subdivision “The Cove at Bayport,” past the Publix shopping center) and go several blocks until road ends. Turn left on Memorial Hwy., and The Children’s Home will be at the end of the road on the right. There is no name sign, just the street numbers “10909” on the entrance post.

· In Tampa: From Eisenhower Blvd. or Memorial Hwy., turn west on Hillsborough Ave. You will turn right at your second light on Longboat Blvd. (at subdivision “The Cove at Bayport,” past the Publix shopping center) and go several blocks until road ends. Turn left on Memorial Hwy, and The Children’s Home will be at the end of the road on the right. There is no name sign, just the street numbers “10909” on the entrance post.

· From North Pinellas: Take Tampa Rd. east, which becomes Hillsborough Ave. At the third traffic light after Countryway, turn left on Longboat Blvd (if you reach Publix, you’ve gone too far). Go several blocks until road ends. Turn left on Memorial Hwy., and The Children’s Home will be at the end of the road on the right. There is no name sign, just the street numbers “10909” on the entrance post.

· From Central and South Pinellas: Take any bridge across Tampa Bay and head towards Tampa International Airport. Follow directions above from I-275.
