KINSHIP SUPPORT SERVICES

KINSHIP CARE

People have always cared for their relatives' children; however, most have done so with little formal help. Lack of assistance may lead to family stress that impacts the entire family. Our Kinship Care Program is intended to provide support to relative caregivers by helping families access necessary services, expanding family support systems, and ultimately reducing stress to promote family stability.

NOTE: The intake number for Kinship Care Services in Hillsborough and Pinellas counties has changed. The new number is 1-888-920-8761.

If you are a family in need of Kinship Care Services you may self-refer or have a community provider fill out and submit the following applications: For Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties, call 1-888-920-8761. For Hillsborough County, download and complete the Hillsborough application. For Pinellas and Pasco Counties, download and complete the Pinellas/Pasco application.
