We believe that every child deserves a Forever Family. When a child’s biological parents are not able to provide a safe and loving setting, a relative caregiver or a foster or adoptive family are the next best chance for a child to grow and thrive in a loving home. The Children’s Home is actively searching to find Forever Families for the children in our care. Hundreds of abused and neglected children each year need a new family to love and care for them. So Every Available Ready Child has a Home, The Children’s Home’s S.E.A.R.C.H. Program recruits, trains, and licenses foster families and provides the information they need to care for a child searching for a loving family. Providing foster services for 93 children and Kinship Services for each year, The Children’s Home offers support for those children who have grandparents, aunts, uncles, or older siblings who are willing to take them in to help keep the family strong.
