The Murphey Awards are a long-standing tradition at The Children’s Home that began in 1980 as a means to encourage self-discipline, healthy competition and sportsmanship. It is an Olympic-style competition with many activities for our children to face new challenges and explore new talents. The Murphey's are journey for them to achieve personal accomplishment and growth.
